Audience20%Who you train, and how different their experiences need to be from one another.
Knowledge15%Where answers live across your organization, and how hard they are to find.
Operational15%How much of your learning admin work is manual, and where automation already fits in.
Measurement10%How easily you can see learning performance across the whole organization, not just one team.

  • Customer education, support, and success leaders training customers at scale
  • Channel, alliances, and franchise leaders enabling partners and franchisees
  • Anyone evaluating whether one learning platform can replace several LMS tools

FAQ

How is the score calculated?

Your score comes from a fixed, weighted rule set applied to your 12 answers. Technology, Organizational, and Audience each count for 20%. Knowledge and Operational each count for 15%. Measurement counts for 10%. One rule applies on top of the weighting: because training more than one audience is complex in its own right, any organization that selects two or more audiences scores at least 51. There's no AI involved in scoring. Every respondent gets the same questions scored the same way.

Is a high score bad?

No. The score describes your learning environment. It doesn't grade it. A higher score means more moving parts: more platforms, more audiences, more brands, more to coordinate. A lower score means a more centralized setup. Neither is automatically right for your organization.

Does it cost anything?

No. The assessment is free, and so are your score and report.

What happens to my answers?

Your answers are used to calculate your score and build your report. They're stored against your submission. They are not shared outside Continu unless you opt in to anonymized research when you request your report.

Do I need to give my email?

Not to see your score. Your score displays immediately after question 12. An email is required only if you want the PDF report sent to you.

Will you share my results?

Only in anonymized, aggregated form, and only if you opt in. Your individual answers and your company's identity are never shared.
