What is a monthly active user (MAU)?
A monthly active user is any unique user who logs into or interacts with Continu during a calendar month. Inactive users don't count toward your plan limit, so you only pay for the people actually learning.
What if my organization grows and I need more capacity?
You can increase your MAU limit anytime. Additional capacity is added instantly to your Continu instance — no downtime or migration required.
How much does LMS implementation cost?
Implementation is 10% of the first-year contract value.
What does the LMS implementation look like?
Continu provides a premium white-glove implementation service with a dedicated Customer Success Manager and Implementation Specialist. We'll help configure your instance, integrate with existing systems, and guide you through our Administrator Certification program.
How long does it take to get Continu set up and running?
We recommend allowing 60 days for a seamless implementation. Your instance is available immediately, but we prioritize your success with our comprehensive white-glove process. We can expedite on request.
