Level up your direct assignments with instances to reuse them, send them to a new audience, send a refresh to the same audience, or update content — without creating from scratch.

Now, for Direct Assignments, teams can select calendar dates when setting a due date. This is in addition to the rolling due dates like “due # days from assigned date” and “due # days from hired date.”

This update to Audience selection for Assignments introduces new functionality to easily target various groups:

• Match Any: Users must match at least one option from each segmentation type
• Match All: Users must match all of the options from each segmentation type.
• Exclude: Specify anyone who should not receive this assignment.

Assignments and Workflows are now unified under Assignments, now named Automated Assignments and Direct Assignments respectively. This change encompasses many updates around creating, managing, editing, and reporting on assignments. We added a new Assessments tab to the Manager Dashboard to make it easier for managers to view Assessment scores and statuses of their direct reports.

We added a new setting to Articles and Videos that require an e-signature for assignment completion. Admins can adjust the e-signature agreement text for each piece of content.

We added Automated Attendance Tracking to Online Workshops! Now, regardless of which video conferencing platform is used, Continu will track and report user attendance without the attendees having to log into other third-party platforms.
