ROI claims in software are easy to make and hard to substantiate, and so it’s great to see the Best Estimated ROI award.

G2's methodology calculates this based on customer-reported time-to-payback, likelihood to recommend, and estimated business impact. Earning it means our customers are seeing real returns, not theoretical ones.

2. Momentum Leader awards reflect a product that keeps getting better

The Momentum Leader designation on G2 measures trajectory - growth in reviews, satisfaction scores, and market presence over time. Earning it in both Corporate LMS and eLearning Content tells me our customers are not just satisfied, they're vocal advocates.

That kind of momentum doesn't happen by accident. It happens when a product team ships things that matter and a CS team makes sure customers actually realize the value.
