About Jason
Jason started his career on the front lines of Apple Retail, where he led four stores and hired and trained more than 400 employees. That work taught him something he still builds every program around: people perform best when they know what great looks like and get honest feedback on how to get there.
He moved into Apple's business training team, where he ran a two-week global onboarding program for B2B sales roles. From there he joined LinkedIn, designing and facilitating onboarding and training for new and existing employees across sales and engineering. LinkedIn's [in]troduction onboarding program won a Brandon Hall Excellence Award in both 2014 and 2015.
At Upwork, Jason built the corporate L&D function for 600 employees, leading a team of program managers and instructional designers. He launched a six-month leadership program and ran more than 40 feedback workshops, moving "feedback given" from a bottom-three to a top-three strength in the company's engagement survey.
At Zwift and Sana Biotechnology, he led people and employee growth programs, including branded onboarding for new hires and monthly company-wide learning days. He launched LMS platforms at Zwift and Sana Biotechnology and has led LMS evaluations for the teams he works with. He returned to LinkedIn from 2023 to 2026 as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant, building sales coaching skills for people leaders across its global marketing solutions business.
