The Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager who can build strong relationships, drive adoption, and support revenue growth through renewals and expansion. You’ll work with a diverse group of enterprise customers across industries and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure long-term success.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value, enterprise customers and own the full post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to your customers by aligning their business goals with our product capabilities.
  • Own the renewal and expansion process, drive commercial conversations, and collaborate closely with executive stakeholders.
  • Identify patterns across accounts and proactively recommend solutions both to your customers and internally.
  • Deliver structured business reviews that communicate outcomes, surface new opportunities, and influence decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to advocate for customer needs and contribute to company-wide initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing SaaS roles
  • Experience owning or supporting renewals and expansion strategies
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, you’re confident navigating complex organizations
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in EdTech or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly desirable

Compensation

  • Base salary: $135,000
  • On-target earnings: $160,000 (includes a 20% performance-based bonus)
  • Meaningful equity participation
