“You can’t manage what you can’t measure”. We’ve all probably heard this saying before and it certainly does apply, but the real question is how do we measure learning?
At Continu, we know that it’s not only important for organizations and teams to train their people, but in actual fact professional assessments is often the real key to management and HR initiatives. One of the biggest challenges we’ve heard of is that it’s often difficult to assess competency. Most of the time there are multiple spreadsheets, Google docs, survey’s, etc. All of this is great, but it often leads to a lot of data and no application.
Based on everything we’ve learnt ourselves over the years, we decided to build Assessments. A way for Managers, Sales, Recruitment and Customer Success Teams to assess their employees. Now employees can be assessed via text based assessments, and for employees needing to learn applications and processes, the ability to utilize video and screen recording too.
