Continu Introduces Groups to Make Learning More Collaborative

Our recent Summer Learning Data Reports at Continu have highlighted the increasing trend in collaborative learning. As a learning platform that understands workplace learning challenges in great depth, our goal is to improve and automate consistently.

That is why, today, we are excited to announce: Groups; a highly anticipated feature making learning with Continu, easier.

What are Groups in Continu, and Why Do You Need Them?



As companies grow in size, it is inevitable to see multiple teams cross-path, which is the beauty of a collaborative learning environment. But simultaneously, within a learning platform, you want to manage your teams as seamlessly as possible. 

With the new 'Groups' feature in Continu, admins, and content creators can add team members in specific Groups based on their learning needs, departments, location, and more. 

For example, you can now add your sales and marketing team members to a specific Group. Once your Group is complete, you can easily assign training material to each group, track performance, and manage users with more granularity.

But that is not all.

Groups in Continu allow you to create co-managers to take collaborative learning to the next level. With Group Manager Configurations, you can allow (or disallow) co-managers to:

  • Create new users
  • Assign content within the group
  • Edit existing assignments
  • Edit existing group members
  • and more ...

Collectively, 'Groups' reduce redundant manual tasks for admins and content creators to assign new learning to team members.

As an advanced feature, ‘Groups’ will help streamline workplace learning, making assigning training material easy, and improve learning engagement.
